French restaurant in Las Vegas

Just like a toque-wearing Moses, Andre Rochat parted the waves of Las Vegas budget buffets in 1980, taking the cuisine of his native France to the culinary arts desert. Rochat offers ever since added Andre's at the Monte Carlo and Alizé at the Palms. However his provincially designed flagship in a 1930s-era down-town house-with four warm dinner rooms, each representing a different French metropolis and embellished by using plenty of wood, tapestries, and also soft lighting-is still moving strong, owing partly to the menu that has both classic French dishes for example coquilles Saint Jacques (scallops in a wine-enriched cream sauce) and a lot of with updated twists, like grilled quail with figs and prosciutto. Entrée prices begin in the mid-30s.
